Enjoyable experience all round (apart from paying obviously!) with friendly and helpful service from sales exec Alastair Grant. Car was in immaculate condition, and brief overview given, as well as advice on apps to figure out how it all works.

The handover of the car was adequate, but not what was promised. The full BMW experience was not delivered, the car was handed over outside and not in the handover bay, because the previous customer was late and their car remained in the bay.

Salesman Lee was excellent. Explained everything to us and set us up on the app etc. Answered all our questions and nothing was any bother to him.

It was a relaxed, I did not feel pressured into buying anything. I was keen to buy a second hand car as I did not think I could afford a new one but when I Scott went through it i saw it was possible

My car check-in was easy and the curtesy car was waiting. I was kept informed of the progress with the service and MOT during the day by Craig. In addition, It required 2 new tyres which were fitted and the car returned in a very clean state.

Purchased Approved Used BMW in mid-Jan-26. Discovered fault with driver's window on (11hour) drive home. Very specific problem to be fixed under warranty. I did not need to pay for a diagnostic video nor the repair work to correct the fault.

Was not happy with the way the car was presented to me, outside in cold weather.There was no nice token of any gift for purchasing a brand new car.
