It is not often you buy a car without pressure from a sales person or that they do not listen to what you want from a car. Lee was excellent. A credit to his dealership and BMW.

I was disappointed with one aspect of deal. In summary I was offered a trade-in amount for my car, but was then advised after a workshop check that I would not get agreed figure due to car needing new clutch and tyres, neither of which were needed!

The handover was very informative however I was 15 mile down the road and a warning light came in to top up washer fluid I stopped and it took nearly 3 litre of water to fill wash bottle. Should have Benn checked before handover. Very poor

Everything was spot on. I purchased/ordered the car but I wanted to get a few personal tweaks done on the vehicle, this obviously meant waiting a bit of time on some parts to arrive but that's to be expected considering I asked at last minute.

Even although we had to wait 7 weeks longer for our car due to a recall I have still given 5 stars as the garage kept us well informed throughout the wait and got the car to us as soon as the parts were made available.

The only thing not up to par was they did not give my car its complamentry wash as the weather was blustery I was not too bothered they good thing was the car is a 330e and you did charge my hybrid battery of Which was gratefully appreciated

Three weeks after my car was in for the necessary repair the exact same fault reoccurred. The car is again booked in and will be back with BMW in Dundee on 31 October. Very disappointing and hugely inconvenient.

Car was in for an MOT - which it passed - however there was a recommendation for £3.5k worth of recommended work which made it quite a difficult conversation with Mark on the front desk. I also had too raise the fact that I had extended warranty cove

Quick and easy to book the car in on the service day. The new auto system was the first time that I have used but it was understandable although I did need a little prompting/help from the assistant on the desk. Hope everything does not get too auto.

The aftercare of a wash and hoover I don't feel was fully achieved. Unless the hoover was just of the front floor mats by the looks of it? never knew I received a text saying my car was ready as I hadn't read previous messages going months back.
