Quality of service was first class. Sales Exec ( Julie Patullo) was very knowlegeable and made sure everything was fully explained and any questions were fully answered. The premises were a great place to discuss the new car in a great atmosphere.

It is not often you buy a car without pressure from a sales person or that they do not listen to what you want from a car. Lee was excellent. A credit to his dealership and BMW.

I was disappointed with one aspect of deal. In summary I was offered a trade-in amount for my car, but was then advised after a workshop check that I would not get agreed figure due to car needing new clutch and tyres, neither of which were needed!

The only thing not up to par was they did not give my car its complamentry wash as the weather was blustery I was not too bothered they good thing was the car is a 330e and you did charge my hybrid battery of Which was gratefully appreciated
