I travelled down by train to Dundee to collect my new X1, to then drive it back home to Elgin. I was picked up at the train station by Lee Finnegan who Heather had called to say would be handling the process of handing the car over to me.

The Garage was amazing. It is a high end Garage. It was immaculatly cleaned. I loved the seating pods and Scott made me feel welcome and relaxed as I travelled 90 miles to the Garage. The handover was fantastic, Scott spent alot of time with me.

My experience with John Clark Tayside was in the main very good. The number plate fitted to my car was wrong which led me having to go to John Clark Aberdeen on work time to get my plate changed over so I was covered in case of any insurance issues.

I was very disappointed with how my purchase was handled, the staff don't really seem to care about the customer experience or acknowledge that this is a big purchase/decision for people. This dealer massively lets down BMW as a brand IMO.

Lee was brilliant from start to finish, nothing was to big of an ask for him and he went over and above to get me into my new car! Liam who done my handover was also great, he showed me all the new features on the car which was very handy.
