Despite ongoing frustrations with BMW (both UK & Germany), in relation to the delivery date and a lack of information in this resect of the 3 month delay, the Dealership did everything they could to try and maintain the customer experience.

The sale was fine I had purchased before however I was not told that BOTH my old payment £349and new one £445would be taken out of my account together on 1st June. Apparently this is BMW policy and will be refunded but it should be explained properly

Generally good except two things 1 when I ordered the car and before delivery I enquired about Dash cam and decided on BMW smart EYE Pro at £620 when I got the car I saw the integrated dash cam offered at £200.Then the towing eye is missing.

Because I received the car with bird etchings on the paint work which is why I'm not completely satisfied . These etchings have marked the paint work which means I have to get the areas looked at professionally
