Poor communication and execution. Delivery was delayed a little (fine) but I had to chase it. Then wrong plates on the car which i picked up when v5 arrived. Asked about auto beam contribution as compo and was told they would get back but didn't.

Overall I was happy with the experience and the service received. Scott Thomson did everything he could to make it a great experience and is a credit to your organisation. I had problems getting the 5 day car insurance which made things difficult.

Provided info as they went and I coukdpick my car up early. Before the service day, the booking made for the wrong location. I had to ask for confirmation but didn't receive anything system generated so until the day I wasn't sure it would go ahead.

I was told it was a 90 minute appointment and I eventually had to ask what was happening after an additional 15 minutes over the 90. It was approx another 10-15 mins before I was eventually contacted to say it was completed and I could pay.

Mark sorted out an extended warranty issue with BMW not having my policy on their computer system linked to the vehicle. John Clark's vehicle status general condition report said that the car was contaminated! Reword it!

Failed the MOT because of tyres. In my view they should have checked the tyres first and given me the option to take the necessary action. I had to pay £400 more than Black Circles for a set. RIP off and advertise will march other suppliers.
