Level of customer service very poor, after the visit the last week in June i emailed David Eadie the customer services manager to advise him of issue that had occurred during the day, i am still waiting on his response 2 months later

Always made to feel very welcome. Its the first time in around 18 years that Ive had any problems and the matter was dealt with promptly under guarantee. Really liked the film of the complimentary car health check.
As above. I mentioned a slow puncture but the car was returned with this not dealt with.
