Brought my car in to have a minor fault examined to determine whether it would be repaired under warranty. Was told I'd receive confirmation of the decision within a week. One month later still no word, I had to call several times to get an answer
They know what they are doing. They translate the technical issues into customer speak and manage expectations very well.

John Clark has been very professional and apologetic, which I appreciate. However, there has been a series of errors as consequence of fixing a pre-delivery inspection detected fault, that fix led to the next error and that fix then next and so on.
The customer care shown by both the advisor who dealt with me and the driver of the pick up van should be commended. They were both very professional, this should extend to the advisor I mention earlier
Problem rectified at no charge, not their problem
Had to remind service department that vehicle had service inclusive and therefore initial bill presented was vastly inflated compared to the amount due.

Good communications and clear understanding of what is happening. Similar to the above, I never give "perfect" marking. My car valetting must have been overlooked, with dried water marks left all over the outer body and residue left in the boot.

Arrived for a 9:30 appointment to be told it had been booked as 10:30. The girl on the desk and workshop foreman were able to rearrange someone else to allow my appointment to be done at 9:30. Call centre error could have had poor consequences.
Technicians did a good job. Customer-facing staff did not. When I booked the car in I said it was due a major service and spark plugs (among other things) were needed. Yet they were not ordered, causing a day's unnecessary delay.
It was average, didn't find the staff very friendly (apart from the salesman who was trying to sell me a new car) and was told I'd get an email when the car was ready to collect..that never happened.
Told that a small dent on bodywork had been repaired..... drove 20 miles to dealership to collect my car.... the dent was exactly as I left it.!

customer waiting times for service is very slow and poor. Waiting on a response when calling for updates was non existent. Told to wait till customer service available. Never called back out of 5 calls I made. Sales people idle when can be assisting
The car was returned to me with bird droppings all over the car When I pointed this out to the service department they had the car washed but this was v disappointing as I valet the car myself every week and keep it clean all the time
No curtesy car available. Works not completed within time. Ambiance of the wairpting area whist waiting on my car, you don't expect to staff bickering in front of customers.
I would have given a 5 for the service experience as that was absolutely fine. However I was advised of a proposed service plan for the cost of future services which I declined as £figures didn't add up, questions not adequately answered
All was good but it did take quite a while to get the car back at the end of the day.
The dealership have been fantastic lately while I've been in waiting on my car. With my children and while I was working making sure we were ok and ensuring we had refreshments and everything we needed. The car was fixed and sorted efficiently.

See above. Plus paying over £600 for a single tyre and an oil change that took four days to complete with no loan car offered or available. Upon return my car had not been cleaned...for that price I would be expecting at least a clean car.

Was advised that my brake pads are down to 5 or 6mm. I thought they might have discussed this with me re time to replace cost etc

Requested a larger courtesy car and that was no problem, didn't pay a penny for this service! Still awaiting a response to an email, regarding touch up paint sent after the car had been collected.

Car returned after 3 days unwashed, not hovered and dirt and scores on inner door casings. Not advised when car was ready and I called one night to be told it was ready. Price exceeding what I had been told on phone at time of authorisation of repair

Car was dealt with very promptly and service team were very helpful.
The salesman, George, kept us fully up-to-date every step of the way from ordering the car to taking delivery and making sure we were fully satisfied and acquainted with the vehicle prior to driving away.
The sales team helped us throughout the transaction.

car arrived early and everything went to plan
Poor communication after deposit taken, constantly having to chase for information, ignored emails, sometimes did not return calls, delayed delivery, rushed to get finance docs and insurance before delivery next day, and poor quality of valet.
For above reasons. Bought a 40k plus car that doesn't work properly and twice given cars with no fuel in them! My car at present has 190 miles on the clock, I have put 30 of them on, the rest was travelling back and forward to Dundee for repairs.

Upon receipt of my new car the Sat Nav was inoperative, it required an update that was applied the following day. This was an inconvenience not a disaster.
