It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. They attempted to charge me for fixing condensation in a light which they had fitted the previous month. I was told this would be looked into and fixed under warranty but have not heard back from them. Their customer Service is lacking.

Noting what was said previously but adding to that being that all members of staff i either dealt with over the phone or in the showroom where polite and dealt with any quries i had in a professional manner.

No phone calls to update me as promised, and calls not returned when I made contact. Also, only dirty coffee cups first thing in the morning - just when you need a coffee!

I was quoted £300 to replace 3 of the tyres when it was in for the service and when I contacted the branch about the speeding penalty I was given a poor excuse for it happening and not so much as an apology. I am still waiting to hear back from them.

I had just bought the car maybe 2 months ago and the front bumper paint liquor has started to peak of the front bumper. I was told it was covered under 12 year warranty but then was told it might not be as it could t have been painted before.
