Did not have air filter for my car even though service was booked some weeks earlier.Car would have to come back, but I chose to have filter sent to me and I would fit myself.Had to remind parts dept to send unit as it did not arrive as arranged.

Car was handed over at 8AM and returned at 13PM the following day. I was first advised at 4PM that the car would not be ready as brake pad replacement work had not started. I specifically requested brake repair work at the time I booked the MOT.

The team accommodated my request to have the wheels changed on a Saturday AM - the only small issue was that the wheels took almost two hours to change over which was longer than had been quoted, meaning there was no time to have the car cleaned.

The only reason not 5 was the car setting on lights was not returned to automatic and when driving through a tunnel it was a surprise to me why the lights hadn’t come on and I wondered what was wrong, but fortunately I twigged in time.

Received a courtesy car, I started the car warning lights on Fuel light on (5 miles remaining in tank,) no windscreen washer fluid, mud inside. After car received MOT i was told it was all good. Then MOT cert showed repairs required. Not highlighted

I have used this garage for this car and for two previous cars and it remains the best in the area for service and price. I am completely satisfied with the service I receive and recommend the garage to anyone wanting a bmw or mini.
