Bonnet of car not secured correctly after picking up from dealership, car more dirty after valet prior to service.
Craig and Lindsay from the service team looked after me from start to finish and everything was exactly as they said it would be
Was advised that my brake pads are down to 5 or 6mm. I thought they might have discussed this with me re time to replace cost etc
Requested a larger courtesy car and that was no problem, didn't pay a penny for this service! Still awaiting a response to an email, regarding touch up paint sent after the car had been collected.

Car returned after 3 days unwashed, not hovered and dirt and scores on inner door casings. Not advised when car was ready and I called one night to be told it was ready. Price exceeding what I had been told on phone at time of authorisation of repair

Purely based on the service
The outcome from the visit was a recommendation that changing the tyres to a different type, may help the problem? (The present tyres have only covered 8000 miles!) So the problem remains unresolved!
Because the car came back not very clean few dirty marks on the dash and the doors inside and passengers seat and windscreen all smeared inside. I have had Bmw for years and they always came back very clean like a showroom finish.
Problem not solved
I said when I dropped off the car in the morning that they need not do the brakes but that message was contradicted by someone at night who said when I collected the car that someone would be in touch and the service light had been left on.(more say)
Couldn't find a better service anywhere else always helpful
The car went in to get a rattle fixed. When I CALLED for a progress update late afternoon, got told they could not recreate the issue. Why didn't this happen earlier in the day, so I could've shown a Tech on a drive? Rattle is still present!!
It was a 2 yearly programmed service (oil change) of which I was notified of from BMW it was booked in and completed without any problems.
I never really came away feeling that I had been helped out fully in any way, my car still has the same issue as it went in with & a solution wasn't given by the sales advisor apart from wait until something breaks before bringing it back in.

Great job on the service and last minute tyre change well done for that. Car was really dirty inside with muddy boot prints on my drivers mat. The dealership have been informed and offered to valet the car when it goes in during march 2019.

Vehicle has an ongoing issue and I feel fobbed off with the explanation given when I collected the car after investigation. Was given a poor attempt at a technical explanation by a non technical member of staff.
I was also disappointed with the fact my car didn't get cleaned inside- just a quick hoover. With my previous land rover dealer my car was always valeted.
The sales executive was very helpful throughout the whole process.
I was somewhat put out that on 4 separate phone calls to Service, none of the promised call backs were made. My experience with the Service Manager however could not have been better - excellent and exemplary attitude and interaction.
Prices not consistent. No one went through the bill. I had to ask next steps with the paint issues. They forgot to put a tyre on the bill and told me how 'I would be getting a call tomorrow to ask why I had not paid for it'. Shocking!

Waited for car being serviced. Fault found. Had to rebook for further diagnosis for a fault I have never seen. I left with a nail in my tyre and was told to go to kwik fit!

Service dept was efficient, polite and did all they could to help rectify problem with car.
I have already personally e-mailed Customer Service at this dealership to make sure the chap I dealt with at the service department was given praise for his efficient and effective service that he delivered whilst dealing with a very busy morning.

Cheerful advisor managed to fit in an MOT and service at short notice. Whilst i was waiting the advisor kept me updated on its progress through the workshop.
There are too many points to cover here, but I was left feeling frustrated following most of my contact with this centre, with the exception of one individual who others could clearly learn from.

Did not have air filter for my car even though service was booked some weeks earlier.Car would have to come back, but I chose to have filter sent to me and I would fit myself.Had to remind parts dept to send unit as it did not arrive as arranged.
Not had huge amount of interaction and nothing controversial i.e. I give you £42500 you give me car.
Car was handed over at 8AM and returned at 13PM the following day. I was first advised at 4PM that the car would not be ready as brake pad replacement work had not started. I specifically requested brake repair work at the time I booked the MOT.

The team accommodated my request to have the wheels changed on a Saturday AM - the only small issue was that the wheels took almost two hours to change over which was longer than had been quoted, meaning there was no time to have the car cleaned.
