They attempted to charge me for fixing condensation in a light which they had fitted the previous month. I was told this would be looked into and fixed under warranty but have not heard back from them. Their customer Service is lacking.
Noting what was said previously but adding to that being that all members of staff i either dealt with over the phone or in the showroom where polite and dealt with any quries i had in a professional manner.
No phone calls to update me as promised, and calls not returned when I made contact. Also, only dirty coffee cups first thing in the morning - just when you need a coffee!
Car is lovely, but would have negotiated harder if Id known about the accident repair.
I was quoted £300 to replace 3 of the tyres when it was in for the service and when I contacted the branch about the speeding penalty I was given a poor excuse for it happening and not so much as an apology. I am still waiting to hear back from them.
Very satisfied.....i arrived back to collect my car earlier than expected.....the service desk staff immediately went to get an update on when my car would be ready...... It made me feel a happy customer.

Service desk staff are always helpful and do their best to get car booked back in.
Staff were very attentive
No attempt made to go through the mechanics service report or present in any way; it was just left on the passenger seat. Struans Toyota who service our other car are more professional. All documents including the report are presented in a folder.
There was a slight mishap with my phone number but the centre sorted this without an issue

Was a bit worrying when it took several calls for them to locate my vehicle. They couldn't find it from my name or registration, and had to finally locate it from my postcode?

I had just bought the car maybe 2 months ago and the front bumper paint liquor has started to peak of the front bumper. I was told it was covered under 12 year warranty but then was told it might not be as it could t have been painted before.

Very helpful and friendly staff, always kept me up to date on my cars progress whilst it was on for its service. Courtesy car was good as it let me get to work.
Good service and finished quicker than expected. One slight issue was the resetting of the service alert on the dash which I had phoned about wasn't done. I should have checked on the day.
