I was told I would be picked up by the 9:30am mini bus but this didn't happen so after phoning they said they would send someone. This made me one hour late for meeting I had planned for the day.

Warranty expires in one month from date of service. No warranty inspection suggested. Brake fluid change due within 7 days of service being completed - no discussion offered on whether this could be completed during inspection. Noted on paperwork.

as i have said above my car went in for service after 12,000 miles after less than a year from new despite service being 18,000 or two years but showed up on computer needing service which i was told because of the way it was driven

John Clark has been very professional and apologetic, which I appreciate. However, there has been a series of errors as consequence of fixing a pre-delivery inspection detected fault, that fix led to the next error and that fix then next and so on.

The customer care shown by both the advisor who dealt with me and the driver of the pick up van should be commended. They were both very professional, this should extend to the advisor I mention earlier

Car was advised for delivery 2nd or 3rd May. It arrived early and told I had to take delivery before end of April, even although previous car was not being picked up by BCA Prior to delivery of new car. New car was supplied with 8miles worth of fuel
