Liam talked us through the cars in the showroom and listened to what we were after, he did also listening to us saying we were not buying a car that day! But he totally pulled it out the bag and we bought a car that day!

When I arrived at the dealer I was sat for 40 minutes after the arranged time. Stuart had little to no interest in me, he made a misogynist comment about a ex-female member of the team and gave a flippant answers. Left with huge disappointment.

Very very impressed by every member of the team at Dundee, friendly, helpful, offfered coffee on arrival. Service done very quickly, with a great video explaining what was requiring attention on the car. And even washed on its return. Fantastic

I would have liked some paperwork at the end just showing a basic breakdown of the costs covered by the voucher. Otherwise everything was fine.

My car has an unusual problem which is difficult to solve. The Aftersales Manager, Peter Stuart, has been excellent in trying to solve the problem. We're not there yet but Peter has been a major help in working through the probable causes.

The dealership service was completed to my satisfaction so the poor score provided to BMW does not apply to John Clark BMW service albeit it may make me less inclined to replace my current BMW with the same brand
