The whole process with the video survey is reassuring and user friendly
The inital contact with the Service group, informed me that the total cost would be around £50 looking at the mileage on the car. When the key was inserted it suddenly changed to around £430 as it needed "Everything!". Final cost billed was £550!
Not very satisfied with recall service at John Clark. Made to feel an inconvenience at request of a courtesy car, which I had to then fill up as had no fuel. Furthermore health check stated tyres were fine, but had to replace 2 at MOT a week later.
Arrived and car was taken in that day. The car was in over night. If I had received a courtesy car it would have been 5 star but not having a car was just slightly awkward. great service.
Everything was attended to timeously and politely.I'm not keen on the persistence of added value selling of other services but I understand the reason.

When I left the car I expressly told the receptionist to go ahead and get the brakes fixed as I knew this was necessary and that I was busy and not easy to contact. When I phoned however at 3.30pm the repairs had not been started!!!
10 days later I noticed an oil leak. Further inspection by John Clark Aberdeen revealed that oil dipstick was not seated correctly.
The customer care is excellent, the video feedback from the technician is excellent. Only issue I had is that only two out of my four faults were fixed. I've now to book my car in again to hopefully get to the solution of the other two faults.
I forgot to take my car in for its first appointment and was disappointed that no one contacted me to ask where I was
Everything was taken care of including provision of a courtesy car when it was identified a specific part was needed and has to be ordered, rather than risk letting me drive my own care until the part arrived.
Work carried out on time and no problems
My only reason for not 5/5 was I booked a courtesy car weeks (4 weeks) in advance but when I arrived I was told a manual one was no longer available as a staff member had taken the one allocated to me. So I was left with no choice but to take an auto
My car didn't actually get a service as it still wasn't at enough miles. But was still given a complimentary service which was very good of the service team
My wife had to wait quite a while before being acknowledged and booked in, but thereafter very good
No waiting time to check in car, courtesy car likewise, also same model as my own car, and my car available to collect more or less at time agreed all washed and hoovered out. Bonus!!!

Brought my car in as there was a bit of shuddering going on.I was told there would be no charge until I'd agreed.Was told repairs would cost around £2,200, however when I checked out on line the cost of the materials it totalled around £100
Because you fixed my car
Reported a sidelight connection fault(bulb was ok).However sidelight bulbs were replaced with original type bulbs at a cost of over £50( I had fitted led type bulbs which were returned to me). Not very happy about this.

Service and MOT service were very good. My car was handed back to me covered in bird droppings all over. I had a very tight schedule and did not have time to return and make comment.

john clark helped by doing work with little notice but were only meant to advise on the fault - they actually fixed the fault which was quite expensive without discussion. The actual fix was not related to the original problem.
Everyone we encountered were courteous and polite. The service was completed in the time stated and the car returned to us clean. We were given a loan car to use while ours was being serviced, this car was clean and tidy.

Service conducted within time given, video sent to show condition of tyres, wheels, exhaust and car underside. Car returned washed. All staff pleasant and courteous. This is an A1 Dealership.
Having telephoned to find out if my car was ready for the time arranged I was told they would call me back. After an hour of waiting I had to call again to be told they would call back as they were going to check. On this occasion I was called back.

The negotiating with the sales executive was conducted in a very welcoming and relaxed manner. I was periodically upadated of the progress of the vehicle by the sales executive (after the sale was concluded) which indicated to me I wasn't forgotten.

The reason I was only fairly satisfied was down to the lack of communication from my sales representatives, he did not inform me that my new purchase car was not going to arrive on the agreed date. His manager however kept us in the loop.

My BMW salesman, David Graham, was very knowledgeable about the model I was interested in acquiring and the various financing schemes on offer. The car was delivered on time and I received a very informative induction from support staff.
