Car was ready by lunchtime,and had received video of service
The garage kept me informed and the lady dealing with my booking kept me informed throughout the day on the issues with my brakes which was resolved under warranty.
Service carried out as promised
It the easiest experience Ive had from booking to drop off to pick up and feedback. The team that work at John Clark Dundee really make you feel special and valued as a customer.
Job well done , quick and efficient
The service I received from John Clark BMW Tayside was excellent, from the booking in of my car, to the timescale, the quality of workmanship and the very comprehensive video of my cars repairs.

My reasons are, I have never felt any reluctance to call for help with the car or attend the showroom. And have never had an unpleasant experience in all the 25 years or so having driven BMW Cars.

Service satisfactory but service interval indicator on car incorrectly set to Nov 2018 (original programme date) instead of 12 month anniversary of actual service, Jan 2019.

As above, everyone was very helpful from arranging a loan car to keeping me abreast of what was happening.
Took slightly longer to carry out brake fluid change than I was told. I don't like hanging around.

The John Clark representative, parts advisor Nic Green is a tremendous ambassador for John Clark and BMW who collects my car and ensures that my requirements are met. He is very professional in the service that he provides.
Kerb damage noted on offside rear wheel during health check. Whilst I cannot say for sure it wasn't there when I dropped the car off at the dealership I can say that it wasn't there the previous weekend. 14000 miles with no damage...
Car returned after service with full valet completed
It took less time than originally esgimated yet I was allowed to keep the courtesy car provided as it would have been difficult for me to have returned the car at rush hour that evening as I live out with dundee.Again receptionist was excellent.
A bit on the expensive side for a straight forward service
Service staff are knowledgeable
Staff were very proffesional and enthusiastic and the customer care was good they looked after me well. The service manager and management staff were phenomenal. They were brillant.
I have never had reason to complain. Courtesy car was High spec which made me feel valued.
Picked up the car which indicated tyre pressures were low.
No mention of illegal tyres in video and indication that brake pads needed to be changed although still legal. Quoted £495 for the job we said we would just take the car, was told " come back if you can get a better price" - very poor
It was ok but not special, however we were given a courteous vehicle to drive during the service so that was very good.

As previously stated, I have been a customer for years now, and have always received excellent customer service.
Whilst I was pleasantly surprised to receive the inspection video, Im a bit disappointed that Ive yet to receive a reply my to my question, unless of course I wasnt received?
Issues identified and fixed on the date of my choosing and coutersy car offered and accepted for that day

As above, car returned dirty, all settings, seats, locks, radio etc all lost, plus work incomplete.
The work is carried out efficiently effectively and staff could not be more helpful.
No complaints and everyone friendly.
They did everything I requested but again I felt I was chasing them for answers.
Everything seemed to be dealt with professionally and the car was even cleaned which was showed how much BMW go to deliver the best service to their customer.

Coming in with a fault without an appointment while travelling down to Dover they had my car fixed within 2 hours, we're pet friendly with our little dog and squeezed in a test drive for me

As explained in the first answer - our experience was not good. I still have a disappointed daughter when she is asked about her experience with BMW. Not good at all.

Happy with service
we visited a local bmw dealership and did not get on with the salesman at all.we contacted bmw in dundee and dealt with ian cooper who was absolutely the opposite from start to finish in fact the whole team there.
A near prefect score - apart from the registration of the car came in the wrong name.
It was great although we were a little disappointed that our apt was meant to be at 3pm but we were not seen until after 4pm. We understood that the salesmen were busy.
