My car was recovered there after breakdown whilst I was on holiday. Didn’t seem to try and accommodate my urgent requirements on booking in left it all in the hands of BMW assist. No feedback regards what had caused the breakdown or that repair done.

My car was in for a Service and MOT and a faulty horn needed replaced, I did not need to use car for 4 days and on taking car out of garage i noticed a pool of dirty oil on the floor , I took car back to be degreased and cleaned which took 2 hours!!!
