Very satisfactory service.
Very expensive and I might seem stupid but the seat was moved and couldn't get back into comfortable position. Should have just left seat for the amount they were moving the car

I phoned up, booked service and when car was in for service I received a video about car and explaining everything.
Service was good no problems, but my rental car had approx 29 miles worth of fuel in the tank. Although i only did 10 miles in it. I would like to think it had a bit more than that in it. I have been a john clark customer for over 10 years.
Sales team are great but have regular problems with service. Just had puncture repair and realised a few days after that a valve cap was missing. Small but irritating. Wheel on my M3 was also slightly sctratched in the process.
Never any issues or concerns
From the phone call to book in, to the day of the service the staff are so helpful and very friendly, I wouldn't put my cars into anywhere else. The knowledge that they have is second to none and the technicians are so helpful and very knowledgeable

A colleague of mine has owned two bmw,s in the past and suggested I took a test drive. I have owned several cars previously but found the service experience second to none.

Don't know if they are more busy than they used to be. The personal touch that they used to have is gone, they now are just like a mass market Arnold Clark garage, in and out as quickly as possible and no personal touch.
It would have been nice to see a smile on the face of the young lady would sat at the reception desk. Apart from that, first class service.
They said when they could do the job and how much it would cost, took me home and picked me up when the car was finished; all spot on.
Staff are really helpful
Car is three years old and it was time to have end of warranty rectification s done together with a service. Brake pad wear was pointed out on the service video otherwise car appeared to be in good condition
It would have been completely satisfied but the car was washed after the service but not much care was taken to remove brake dust from the alloys. I also asked for a quote for mud flaps and for an alloy repair - both were forgotten
Waited for repair car taken on time and only took 1hr and in that time the car was cleaned.
Always satisfied with the service received at BMW whichever centre we visit. Staff are always courtious and friendly.

Staff are very friendly and most helpful nothing is a problem to them.I like visiting the centre, I have a warranty with my car but they still explain the bill on picking up my car.

On the day of collection we were greeted by the staff and presented with alcohol free fizz, while the final paperwork was completed. As the car was presented there was a lovely bouquet of flowers and then we were treated to lunch at a local hotel.

Hamish Virtue is a fantastic example of the perfect BMW executive with excellent product knowledge and service. He did a fabulous job on our behalf to make sure we got the car we wanted, including getting body kit painted and other customisations.
Only issue was with delivery. Car was sourced from another dealer and instead of being dispatched to Dundee from the BMW central distribution it was sent back to the original dealer which caused a delay. I had to make a number of calls to 'chase'.
