Service Staff are offhand to the point of rudeness

The staff are always helpful and manage to accommodate servicing of my car even though I live over 100 miles from the dealership. I like the provision of a courtesy car if I require it.
Very helpful service advisor who knows BMW's. As Grassics Perth didn't understand what I wanted done.
The service provided by John Clark BMW in Dundee is always superb. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

Would have like to know what was done for the service. The video showing me the four tyres and break discs was ok, but, by showing the underside of the car an under chasis clean would have been welcomed.

I didn't have to wait to be seen, I had my courtesy car in 20mins and my car was ready in 2 hours.
Craig explained service findings, email follow up from the technician was really helpful and advised what was required. Follow up repair was speedy and curtesy car really helpful.

Sales team are great but have regular problems with service. Just had puncture repair and realised a few days after that a valve cap was missing. Small but irritating. Wheel on my M3 was also slightly sctratched in the process.
I phoned up, booked service and when car was in for service I received a video about car and explaining everything.
Service was good no problems, but my rental car had approx 29 miles worth of fuel in the tank. Although i only did 10 miles in it. I would like to think it had a bit more than that in it. I have been a john clark customer for over 10 years.
From the phone call to book in, to the day of the service the staff are so helpful and very friendly, I wouldn't put my cars into anywhere else. The knowledge that they have is second to none and the technicians are so helpful and very knowledgeable

On the day of collection we were greeted by the staff and presented with alcohol free fizz, while the final paperwork was completed. As the car was presented there was a lovely bouquet of flowers and then we were treated to lunch at a local hotel.
