Staff are very friendly and most helpful nothing is a problem to them.I like visiting the centre, I have a warranty with my car but they still explain the bill on picking up my car.
Customer service and ease of process.
The service advisor 'Craig Stewart' dealt with my car problem very quickly given the urgency of my circumstances to get to the airport after a car fault.

John Clark Tayside whilst polite and accommodating stated they were doing the work as "a favour" for the Aberdeen team. The remedial action needed on my car took one inspection and three separate visits for the works to complete.

Fault has not been resolved to my satisfaction and I have taken this further via John Clark complaints procedure - Staff at site have been very helpful

I was completely satisfied, but I realised my radio stations have been altered. Now when my talking book cd is ejected I am treated to a blast of radio 1 a station I never listen to.
Attention to detail to service my car by Graham Allan (Parts Manager) standing in as Service Advisor. Additionally Hamish Virtue took time to chat and qualify my next car expectations.
The car went in due to a leak from the sun roof, a loan car was provided although not of the size or quality I drive. After two days I was advised the car was ready for collection, it was returned in pristine condition.
From first contact by phone, to the member of staff who dealt with my wife at the service desk, to the courtesy lift and the repair itself, all was dealt with in a friendly, helpful and professional manner.
Poor response by customer service. No returned calls on several occasions. No call to say vehicle was ready after wheel alignment was done. Bad experience when we showed up at 5 to collect vehicle. No feedback given regarding work done

They see the customer as a cash cow despite very expensive maximum cover warranties supposed to cover factory fitted components up 100k nothing seems to be covered with intelligence insulting diagnoses,

Always a warm greeting. Alloy repair and service combined in one visit. Driving courtesy cars is a great opportunity to try out other cars in the BMW range. Staff are always pleasant, polite and efficient. Our car is valeted before we get it back.
I was well looked after , the car was collected from my house , a curtesy car was left with me for the day and my car returned at night, serviced and MOT d so I was quite happy
The whole process with the video survey is reassuring and user friendly
The inital contact with the Service group, informed me that the total cost would be around £50 looking at the mileage on the car. When the key was inserted it suddenly changed to around £430 as it needed "Everything!". Final cost billed was £550!
Arrived and car was taken in that day. The car was in over night. If I had received a courtesy car it would have been 5 star but not having a car was just slightly awkward. great service.
Everything was attended to timeously and politely.I'm not keen on the persistence of added value selling of other services but I understand the reason.

When I left the car I expressly told the receptionist to go ahead and get the brakes fixed as I knew this was necessary and that I was busy and not easy to contact. When I phoned however at 3.30pm the repairs had not been started!!!
10 days later I noticed an oil leak. Further inspection by John Clark Aberdeen revealed that oil dipstick was not seated correctly.
The customer care is excellent, the video feedback from the technician is excellent. Only issue I had is that only two out of my four faults were fixed. I've now to book my car in again to hopefully get to the solution of the other two faults.
I forgot to take my car in for its first appointment and was disappointed that no one contacted me to ask where I was
Everything was taken care of including provision of a courtesy car when it was identified a specific part was needed and has to be ordered, rather than risk letting me drive my own care until the part arrived.
Work carried out on time and no problems
My car didn't actually get a service as it still wasn't at enough miles. But was still given a complimentary service which was very good of the service team
My only reason for not 5/5 was I booked a courtesy car weeks (4 weeks) in advance but when I arrived I was told a manual one was no longer available as a staff member had taken the one allocated to me. So I was left with no choice but to take an auto

No waiting time to check in car, courtesy car likewise, also same model as my own car, and my car available to collect more or less at time agreed all washed and hoovered out. Bonus!!!

Hamish Virtue is a fantastic example of the perfect BMW executive with excellent product knowledge and service. He did a fabulous job on our behalf to make sure we got the car we wanted, including getting body kit painted and other customisations.
The performance is above expectation.
Only issue was with delivery. Car was sourced from another dealer and instead of being dispatched to Dundee from the BMW central distribution it was sent back to the original dealer which caused a delay. I had to make a number of calls to 'chase'.
Salesman delivered and took me out because of my concerns about changing to automatic
I was satisfied with the service given and the presentation of the car; the walk round and familiarisation demonstration but disappointed the price of my purchase changed almost right at the point of signing for the car.

what can one say
David Graham - who kept me up to date on car delivery, James who organized my finance, wheel and gap insurance and Jack the Product Genius were all excellent and a credit to the dealership. Made me feel like a valued customer.
Great service from our Salesman. This was let down by a Manager's decision that we had to pay a £500 deposit refundable when we brought in the replacement log book for the car we were part exchanging. We have spent over £75000 on cars before here.

Colin Gibson couldn't done more. He was still attentive even after we had picked the car up. The whole team were very professional and helpful.
